1. Refund Eligibility

• All our products are digital and downloadable.
• Once a file is downloaded, accessed, or delivered, it is strictly non-refundable.
• Custom website, script, theme, or plugin work is also non-refundable once started.

2. No Refund After Purchase

Once a digital product is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Technical Issue Exception

A refund may only be considered if the product is completely broken and our team fails to fix it. Refund is not guaranteed and depends on management approval.

১. রিফান্ড যোগ্যতা

• আমাদের সব পণ্যই ডিজিটাল ও ডাউনলোডযোগ্য।
• একবার ফাইল ডাউনলোড, এক্সেস বা ডেলিভারি হলে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
• কাস্টম ওয়েবসাইট, স্ক্রিপ্ট, থিম বা প্লাগিনের কাজ শুরু হলে তা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।

২. কেনার পর রিফান্ড নেই

ডিজিটাল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর অর্ডার ক্যানসেল, রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে না।

৩. টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে

ফাইল সম্পূর্ণ নষ্ট হলে এবং আমাদের টিম সমাধান করতে ব্যর্থ হলে শুধুমাত্র তখনই রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে। তবে এটি নিশ্চিত নয়।
